Which phones will this charging mount work with?
This charging mount is only designed to work with MagSafe®-enabled iPhones. That’s the iPhone 12 series and iPhone 13 series.

Will I need a cigarette lighter adaptor to use this charging mount?
This charger mount comes with an integrated USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB-A adaptor. For the best charging speeds, we recommend a minimum 18W power supply, so if your USB ports don’t supply this or you don’t have any, you should use it with a car charger adaptor.

Will this vent clip work in my car?
We’ve tested our vent clip extensively and it will fit on almost any vertical or horizontal vent slats. Unfortunately, if you have a circular vent it will not fit.

How do I apply the MagSafe® compatible charging car vent mount?
For the best fit, push the vent clip onto the bottom-most vent as far as it will go. Then tighten the thumbscrew to clamp it firmly in place. There’s also a fastener on the mount head’s ball joint to keep it still when you’ve rotated it to your chosen angle, so make sure that’s tightened too before you plug in the cable. Finally, to attach your phone, simply connect your phone using the MagSafe® compatible magnets and you’re good to go!
