Compatibility
To make the most out of your Wireless Charger Pad, use with a Mous Limitless 3.0 phone case for powerful magnetic alignment
Compatible with iPhone 8 onwards, Galaxy S3 onwards, Second Generation AirPods, AirPods Pro
Users must have a Qi-enabled wirelessly-charged device
Will charge phones in our non-magnetic cases; Contour, Clarity & Clarity Lite or phones without a Mous Limitless 3.0 phone case but charge efficiency will be less reliable due to lack of AutoAlign+™ technology as we can't guarantee your phone will line up perfectly with the charging coil every time
Will not charge Apple Watches or AirPods 1
Charger will not charge if the user has a Limitless 2.0 case because the magnets in Limitless 2.0 cases do not align with the magnets in the Wireless Charger Pad which will cause a misalignment between the phone and the charging coil

Can I use the Wireless Charger Pad even if I don't have a Mous case?
For optimal performance we recommend that you use our wireless charger pad in conjunction with our Limitless 3.0 cases. That way you can take advantage of our AutoAlign+™ system. It will still work without a Mous case, but your phone won’t charge as efficiently.

Can I use this with my Limitless 2.0 case?
Unfortunately not, the magnets in Limitless 2.0 cases do not align with the magnets in the wireless charger pad which will cause a misalignment between the phone and the charging coil.

Is this charger MagSafe® compatible?
This charger contains our own bespoke magnetic array, so it’s not MagSafe® compatible.
