Ripstop Shell
A grid-reinforced fabric weave that stops small tears from spreading, engineered to survive being packed and unpacked hundreds of times without the fabric giving way at the seams.

Mesh Panel
A durable, fine-weave mesh on the top face — strong enough to withstand tension from a full cube, open enough to see and identify contents without unzipping.

Wraparound Zip
A zip that runs around three sides of the cube rather than just the top, so it opens fully flat for loading bulky items and closing over them without forcing the seams.

What's the difference between the Small, Large and Shoe Cube?
All three cubes are part of the same modular packing system, made from the same durable 210D nylon, but each is built for a different job. The Small Packing Cube (8L) and Large Packing Cube (22L) share the same two-sided design: a floating divider splits each cube in two, so you can separate clean and worn clothes or shift volume between sides depending on your load, and a compression zip cinches everything down once packed. The Shoe Cube (12.5L) works differently. It's sized to fit two pairs of shoes or trainers, or one larger pair like boots, with a drop-down divider that separates clean and worn shoes, or opens up to hold clothes alongside your footwear. Use the Small and Large cubes for clothing, and the Shoe Cube for anything that's been on your feet.

Does the wraparound zip make it less durable?
No. The zip and surrounding seams are reinforced to handle the extra opening width and the compression of bulkier loads.

What are the packing cubes made from?
All three cubes, Small, Large and Shoe, are built from the same 210D nylon. It's a durable, tightly-woven fabric that resists tears and abrasion from repeated packing and travel, while staying water-resistant enough to protect what's inside from light rain or damp gear. It's also light enough that the cubes themselves add minimal weight to your case.

Is it the right size for a checked bag or a carry-on?
Works in either — it's built to compress down, so it can flex between a full checked suitcase and a tighter carry-on packing job.
